Return policy

Returns and exchanges follow the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Consumer Protection” and the terms below.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives with damaged packaging, past its expiry date or not as ordered, contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will replace it or refund it in full, and the Seller covers delivery.

Items of proper quality

• Seeds — returnable within 14 days if the factory packaging is unopened. Seeds in opened packaging cannot be returned (germination depends on storage conditions).
• Fertilizers and crop protection products — returnable within 14 days in unopened sealed packaging. Opened chemicals cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Tools and equipment — returnable within 14 days if unused, complete and in original packaging.
• Live organisms (bumblebees, beneficial insects) cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Use Profile → “My orders” or the “Problems” section, or call us. Include the order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing time depends on the payment provider.
