Privacy policy

AgroHouse processes the personal data of users of its website, mobile app and Telegram bot in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

What we collect

• Phone number (SMS sign-in code), name, delivery addresses.
• Orders and payment status (we do not store card details — they stay with the payment provider).
• Questions and plant photos sent to the AI adviser and agronomists.
• Dealer applications: company name, tax ID, business type.
• Device token for notifications, chosen language and country.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver orders, confirm payments, give advice and send order status updates. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and can be turned off in your profile.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is shared with third parties only as needed to fulfil orders: payment providers, delivery services and the SMS provider. Photos for AI analysis are sent to Anthropic and are not used to train its models.

Your rights

In your profile you can view and edit your data, opt out of marketing and delete your account. Within 30 days of deletion the account is restored if you sign in again; after that personal data is erased, and orders are kept in anonymised form for tax records.
