Public offer

This document is a public offer by AgroHouse (the Seller) to sell goods through the agro.house website, the AgroHouse mobile app and the Telegram bot (Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).

1. Acceptance

The Buyer fully accepts these terms by placing an order and pressing the “Pay” button. The accepted version of the offer is stored with the order.

2. Goods and prices

• Descriptions, images and prices are shown on the website. The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed.
• Goods that are out of stock or marked “Coming soon” cannot be ordered.
• Promo codes and dealer discounts apply only under their own terms.

3. Payment

Payment is made via Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo and other methods shown on the website. Orders not paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically.

4. Delivery

The delivery method, time and cost are shown when ordering. Check that the packaging is intact on receipt and record any damage with the courier.

5. Returns

Returns and exchanges follow the “Return policy” page.

6. Advice and liability

Recommendations from the AI adviser and agronomists are for information only. Use fertilizers and crop protection products strictly according to the label. The Seller is not liable for use contrary to the label, weather conditions or improper storage.

7. Personal data

The Buyer’s data is processed under the “Privacy policy” and stored on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation or, failing that, in court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
